Do i have a 14 day cooling of period

I got persuaded to take out a ipad monthly    but to be honest I wouldnt use it enough

Any purchases from EE-direct (online or telesales) come with a 14day returns policy - the process to invoke it is detailed here 

 

If you bought the item in a retail shop, then no such right of return exists.

You have no legal right to return it to the shop, but you could try. You could reject it if you find it has bad reception outdoors.
