I've just had the email that you are now cashing in on the cost of living crisis by smashing a massive 14.4 % increase on my bill.
Its absolutely disgusting, at a time when people are struggling to eat and heat their homes you decide to hit us with that ridiculous increase, not just a few % you up it by 14.4%
Its sick and I'll never be using EE again when this contract ends, I'll also be going out of my way to warn other people from using you, there's absolutely no justification in a hike like that, its pure greed and you should be ashamed.
You're a disgrace!

Yes i agree! What reason would EE need more money from me to cover inflation. They are not doing anything different, it makes no sense!!

I called their customer service today and his suggestion was to go on rewards and ways to earn. No thanks. This is not the way to go and on their website it says if you’re struggling to pay the bills we’re here to help. No you are not 14%!!! That’s disgusting. Once this contract has ended o will never look back at EE as a choice ever again. You might think you’ve lost 1/2/3 customers but EE will see the how many customers will drop their contracts once it’s done and never return. Bunch of scammers

Be sure to leave EE a trust pilot review on their disgusting profiteering price increases right in the middle of a cost of living crisis.
Future customers need to know they will be ripped off!
EEs trust pilot score is Poor which is embarrassing for the amount they charge, 71% of the reviews give 1 star!!!! That’s embarrassing!
giffgaff for example have just short of 70% giving 5 stars! That really does say everything doesn’t it
I will also point out that whilst EE cranked their prices up 15% this week, giffgaff announced they will be helping customers and freezing all price increases till the end of the year! Now there is a company that cares and wants to progress, I’m done with EE unless something changes, an apology that you got it wrong and you listened to customers and have decided to back track would be a start

As usage across our networks continues to increase, and with our customers relying on us for connectivity more than ever before, it’s crucial that we continue to invest in our networks, services and the latest technology.

Still doesn't explain why the price has to go up so much!
I realise an increase was expected but this much is really extortionate

Just left a truspilot review. We need to down this company as much as possible and prevent more users getting ridiculously priced contracts that keeps going up and above what is nominal. I took the contract for £87, which went to £97 last year, and now they are demanding £15 more this year!
Tell me, what has improved in terms of your service? The signal is appalling wherever I go, never get any signal inside or around my home (despite raising this multiple times). Basically, for the same shoddy service, you have the nerve to ask for so much more?

Hi @Alison1066
CPI+3.9% reflects the level of investment we need to make within our business to continue our major investments in networks and service, while also protecting vulnerable customers suffering from financial hardship or digital exclusion.

Exactly! they blame improvements to the service for the hike yet we arent seeing any, also any improvements they need to make should come out of their disgusting billion pound profits, not the consumer!!!
We arent investing in the company and its future, we are paying for a service and its not on us to stump up the money to improve it, absolute disgrace of company and I want everyone to know.
They need an overhaul, someone who knows what they are doing and appreciates customer service and customer retention, not just someone filling their pockets before they move on.

I have these plans active:
1- Google Pixel 6 Unilimited Gb,Calls plan 59£/month
2- 2nd sim paln 10£/month
3- PS5 31£/month
Total I pay BEFORE the 14% increase= 101 £
Ps5 is not a service, is an item that Im payng 31*24 months plus 10£ upfront = 754£. Are you charging me 14% on the 744£? In this case you are asking me to pay 104£ extra for a PS5 due to inflation (858£ Tot).
Sorry but it doesn't look legit to me

@AndreaBu89 : Not quite! It's only the extra 14.4% over the remaining months of your contracts. You've already paid the past months. They are not adding 14.4% to that,
