Disgusting Price Increase!

I've just had the email that you are now cashing in on the cost of living crisis by smashing a massive 14.4 % increase on my bill.

Its absolutely disgusting, at a time when people are struggling to eat and heat their homes you decide to hit us with that ridiculous increase, not just a few % you up it by 14.4%

Its sick and I'll never be using EE again when this contract ends, I'll also be going out of my way to warn other people from using you, there's absolutely no justification in a hike like that, its pure greed and you should be ashamed.

You're a disgrace!

@coylealan18   Why don’t you look at what’s available via your EE account and clicking upgrade.

as for 25Gb for £8 can you show me that as a none customer of virgin media   ?   As I can not find anything like you mention.     And best I can see is a 12 month contract for that price and less data and the tariff is with o2

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You can access the deal by going to money supermarket.

@coylealan18   Are so it’s via a price comparison site that give you other discounts.       You’ve also compared a MVNO network to an actual phone network.    Virgin media use o2 so please find a MVNO network that’s using EE to make this actually comparable.

I shall be leaving EE once my contract has ended having been with them for 15years. A totally unnecessary whopping price increase at a time like this when everyone is struggling and as a pensioner I just can’t afford this huge hike.

seems there’s no loyalty to customers who have stayed with them for years. Well that cuts both ways! I’m done with EE .

  1. EE are thieves, criminals and do not care about customer service. If we were French?

You are paid to say that - but - we all know you are paid to defend a company that is interested in only one thing. Profit.

Yep, they are absolute criminals, robbing us in plain site and we've just put up with it, not anymore, the anger on this post alone shows people have had enough.
I have been and will continue to wake as many people as I can up about EE, I truly hope this disgusting profiteering comes back and bites them, I want them finished. Their Trust pilot rating is so so poor, the poorest of all network providers so why are we paying these extortionate prices for a pathetic effort of a mobile company?

The service they provide should be half what we are paying... at best.

Spread the word, make sure family and friends and everyone you come into contact with knows what they are like and make theme regret this decision badly.

Scummy, disgusting profiteering criminals

Nothing gave me greater than asking EE for a pac  code to leave this unjust service.

14.4 % increase. So disappointed with EE in the last 2 years. Messed up upgrade. Took 100s from my account in error. Charged me for data abroad yet the text said it was Included. Then for an old s21 they want me to pay £64 a month. Off to 02 and wish I left EE at last renewal. I expect many will follow with this horrible huge increase. See ya EE. Never again

Spot on matey,  spot on.

But, be careful. It seems, if you give EE some crap here, they down-grade your internet speeds.

Mine has now gone down to 60Mbps, 20Mbps, and will no longer go back up, even after the usual 12-14 day wait.

So, paying more, for less, it's the EE way.

Just found out about these increases today through my phone bill. I'd been trying to get the costs of my families bills down by cancelling watch sim plans etc and now the cost is more than it was when I first started to cancel them a few months ago so it was all for nothing.

Called EE to complain, got told a load of rubbish about it being the governments fault and being told that I was informed about the '3.9%' increase despite having no text messages on my phone about this.

Gone through to the 'Manager' taking my complaint to the financial ombudsman though I don't expect to get anywhere. Left a bad review on trust pilot and when my contracts are up in December I'll be leaving EE after about 10 years with them.

Spoken to three others who also had no idea they were getting a price increase.

SHOCKING.
