I've just had the email that you are now cashing in on the cost of living crisis by smashing a massive 14.4 % increase on my bill.
Its absolutely disgusting, at a time when people are struggling to eat and heat their homes you decide to hit us with that ridiculous increase, not just a few % you up it by 14.4%
Its sick and I'll never be using EE again when this contract ends, I'll also be going out of my way to warn other people from using you, there's absolutely no justification in a hike like that, its pure greed and you should be ashamed.
You're a disgrace!

Pretty poor of ee sending a sob story increasing prices to the current rate of inflation + 3.9%. Lots of small businesses and all households have had to adjust and this company can't.
People at the top need a pay cut then.

Couldn’t agree more, I haven’t had a 14.4% pay rise plus 3.9% . So how is this justified?

Me too, funny how slow they are at responding when they know you want to leave. Fortunately I am out of contract so nothing stopping me (20years loyal customer) leaving and finding another provider. I know all the providers have all cashed in on this price hike but at least I won’t be paying it to EE.

Moral of the story is
A) If you’re buying handset/watch/ device, don’t buy it from the EE (Unless they give separate contracts for handset & plan) instead buy it directly from the manufacturer or on your credit card if they offer 0% deal that will save you lots of money (compare to 24/36 months deals with April price rise each year)
B) check mobile network coverage in your area or area you travel frequently and choose the cheapest available network provider and haggle as much as possible and just forget about any loyalty with the provider ( doesn’t matter how many years you are with them, you will get price rise every April, not their best customer trophy)
C) if your data usage/ minutes are low, convert your sim to PAYG or 30 day contract
No one likes price rise but no need to blame EE or any other network but just like supermarket, go and buy whoever gives you best deal..
I got 3 lines with EE and 14.4% is going to add £11 more to my monthly bill but I am waiting for my contract to finish and if EE will offer best deal after that, I may stay or I will go to elsewhere…!!
BUT I will be very cross with EE, if they make huge profits (like energy companies) out of this without improving their services..
Hope they improve connectivity, speed, offer free EU roaming and better customer service from this price hike money…!!

We won’t see any improvements, all that will happen is the dirty CEO and his merry men will fill their pockets with big bonuses and payrises, complete and utter muck all of them

I am sorry but this must be wrong. I have been a client of EE and never had an increase of this scale... they did the same thing to me. I have upgraded and thought I am paying a price and now after 1 month I am paying £25 more. This is a huge increase considering everything that is happening right now. I will cancel my contract and get some legal advice.

definitely not ok. I am in the same situation. I will cancel my contract and seek legal advice. This is not ok

Totally agree with you. Been a client for the past 10 years. Never again. Disgusting

Chris, I bet you have plenty of food to put on the table and don't worry about tomorrow. Oh wait, you probably don't have to pay for your phone bill... Get away! Disgusting

Hi there @Rosuadicutza
Many providers will change their prices at any time during customers’ contracts with them. We have been upfront about our price changes when customers agreed to their contract, and we are using CPI as a measure for these increases.
Our customers rely on us for connectivity more than ever, it’s crucial we continue to invest in our networks, services and the latest technology.
You can find more information in our EE Annual Price Change | Price Increase & CPI, Help page.
