I've just had the email that you are now cashing in on the cost of living crisis by smashing a massive 14.4 % increase on my bill.
Its absolutely disgusting, at a time when people are struggling to eat and heat their homes you decide to hit us with that ridiculous increase, not just a few % you up it by 14.4%
Its sick and I'll never be using EE again when this contract ends, I'll also be going out of my way to warn other people from using you, there's absolutely no justification in a hike like that, its pure greed and you should be ashamed.
You're a disgrace!

Don't **bleep** us. EE and it's partner companies reported SEVEN POINT SIX BILLION POUND profit last year, so I think you guys have MORE than enough from that big healthy and greedy kitty to foot the 14.4% yourselves!
GREED!!! That's what it is. Greed and LIES!!!

Nurses were denied a 10% cost of living rise yet EE can raise their plans by 14.4%. Disgusting when you signed up for a contract. I will not be renewing any of mine 😡😡

The terms and conditions argument has been done to death, no one ever denied they can legally screw people over but the point being made is morally its disgusting and as a reputable business they should be ashamed.

@Dawnie1 Did you not read the T&Cs of that contract? You’ll get a CPI +3.9% price increase per year.
I fail to see what nurses have to do with it and that’s nothing to do with EE, EE do give a 20% reduction to NHS staff so your point about this is what exactly?
and isn’t everyone in the same boat as nurses and are being hit by price increases. Does that mean we all should walk out and strike.

@Wilderness2k EE didn’t set December CPI rate. Perhaps you should know this
They did set the T£Cs of the contract you agreed too. CPI +3.9%.

Yes but @Chris_B they don't have to add on the 3.9% thats their choice. They don't actually have to add the CPI either.
I used to defend EE saying it's in the T&Cs but the amount of this increase is shocking and EE should be ashamed.

with standard phone and broadband you are allowed to exit your contract without a penalty!!
No, you're not! It's the same for them. It's also written into their contracts:
Home broadband CPI price changes

They didn't set it but they chose to apply it.

Yes Chris!
thats exactly what needs to happen, EVERYONE needs to pull together and strike, stop having the **bleep** ripped out of you whilst you sit there defending them!
Its disgusting that normal people are scraping by in life with nothing whilst these scum executives cream the profits and give absolutely nothing back to the consumers or their workers.
It has everything to do with nurses and every other sector, enough is enough with these greedy scum bags.

Well said Brendon, its beyond disgusting, I'm baffled why some people cant see it or choose not too, its mind blowing and is the reason we are in this mess in the first place.
