Difference in 4GEE routers

twellens

Hi there,

I live in a remote area that we are only able to connect to the internet via satellite BB or (possibly) a mobile router. I am trying to understand the difference between the 4GEE Home Router and the 4GEE Home Router 2. We are able to get 2 bars at a window in the house (old farmhouse with very thick walls) where we will locate the router. Will this be enough to give us decent speed (30 mbs+)? Also, can you set up a wifi signal mesh system to the device?

Thanks in advance.

Not a great deal of difference. You'd probably get the same performance from both.

Thanks @XRaySpeX. Do both have enternet ports? If there is no difference in modems, why the price difference??

The original Home Router has 2 LAN ports. It may be the Home Router 2 has only 1 but I can't tell.
