Early Upgrade Fee Refund - iPhone 12 Pro

Hello there,

There's loads of discussion going on about delays in receiving a new models of iPhone - still waiting for my Pro Pacific Blue Version (128gb), but I actually have a slightly different question.

I paid a fee relevant to the time remaining in the contract, however as I have been waiting for almost 21 days and still have no phone or new tariff activated, are you going to refund me a difference in the balance I paid? (from the moment I ordered to when the phone actually arrives)?

Thank you

Hi @ewaglab1993 ,

I'm in the same position with a Series 6 44mm Stainless Steel - currently 24 days since placing the order with no update or info on expected delivery.

I've discussed this with CS on 150 and spoke to a helpful chap called Dave who 'noted on my account' that i had this discussion with him and that when i receive the new device to call back and if I have paid another payment towards the contract which is being superceded then they will credit it back to align it with what the 'Early Upgrade Fee' would have been by the time i received the new device.

Hope this helps.

BR,

Steve
