Hi I upgraded my phone over the phone and was told I could track my delivery through the DPD app however I’ve not been sent a code to my emails inbox/junk or received a text message.

DPD will be in touch the day before, or morning of delivery with delivery information. When did you order? Which phone was it?

I’m worried he may have got my email wrong or something because I payed £7 for next day delivery. And haven’t been given an order number or any email to say I’ve bought the phone.
