Device Contract ending

Fiodor
Visitor

Hello All.!

I understand that the topic isn't actual, so il say that I tried hard to find any previous discussion. The impression I have now is that on 28 august my contract ended, but i still paid a bill and looks like il pay the same bill again on 28 September, and it won't stop until i won't get in touch with the ee by the phone.
it is not clear when my device's plans end il pay the same amount of money AS I PAIYD FOR THE device itself?

@Fiodor  Your minimum term was reached and then your tariff changed to a 30 day rolling contract after 3 months you’ll receive a 10% discount on your bill.   If your contract/tariff just stopped at the minimum term date you’ll be cut off that’s not going to go to well especially if your not in the UK at the time.

Your bill isn’t just for the device it’s for the allowance of that tariff also they are not separate from each other.
