Trade in to upgrade process

Morning, can anyone walk me the aforementioned process because I want to trade in my iPhone 11 to pay off my existing contract to upgrade to an iPhone 12/13 depending on contract.

@_bitter90s_  You upgraded you then send in your old device once you receive the returns package.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
