Good afternoon ... Saturday I bought an Apple watch on the EE website, I'm trying to track it by the code I was given, but a message appears on the EE app saying that it is not possible to track it at the moment. what should I do?? since at the beginning of the purchase the website says that it sends the purchase in 1 day. I checked in the forum messages on the site has a lot of complaints from people who are having the same problem. What should I do?

DPD will be in touch with delivery information when it's ready to be shipped. If you're worried about the order at all, I'd recommend speaking to the Mobile Care team.
