Upgrade

Hi, I ordered an upgrade to my mobile phone yesterday.  I didn't get any email, so this morning I went back into my account and see there was an order in my basket, so I thought I must have not gone through with the whole order.  I placed order and got an email, but somehow the original email from yesterday also popped up as well, so now I have ordered 2 phones! I cannot get hold on anyone to cancel one of the orders, so need some help.

Sorry to hear that you had this problem ordering. I don't think the system would allow 2 upgrades for the same number to go through. 

 

It may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team just in case though. You can find our contact information on the get in touch help page.
