Has anyone else ordered a device and had no updates? I ordered a Samsung watch last thursday and had a confirmation email on the day but nothing since?

Have you tried using your order number from the email, to track your order in our online order tracker?

Hi Jon,

Yes I have tried tracking it via order number and it says there is an error and they can't track it. But won't explain why. It's been almost a week now so was just abit concerned! And looking for advice 🙂 thankyou!

If the tracker isn't working, the only way to get an update on your order would be to contact our Customer Care team so they can access your account.

You can either give them a call on 150, or try using the online chat option on our get in touch page.
