Hi
I have tried to upgrade online today for the Samsung S20+ and every time it goes to the payment screen ,allows me to pay but then tells me the confirmation screen isn’t available. Have tried twice now so hopefully won’t take it twice. Could someone confirm that my payment have / have not been taken. Also , is the Samsung watch free with this phone as it is on all other networks?
