I ordered an upgrade and went to pay monthly ive not got my phone ive had the bill it was meant to be delivered b4 3oclock as I pick my kids up bit when I got back i dont know if someone's scammed it or what I got a text from delivery guy i still want my phone do I need to pay my bill if ive not received it if thay send a new one and thay can't deliver it b4 3oclock can i get it sent to my mum's so I have someone who will be in when it comes this time

@Wilkie76 You say the delivery guy texted you, texted you what exactly? And did you request a certain delivery time ? And did you pay a fee for that request?

Did you order your new pay monthly phone directly with EE? When was this?
Its not usual for you to receive your first bill before you order has been delivered. When was it that you called us to move from pay as you go to pay monthly?
Did the text you receive come from DPD?
