Can you give me a bit more information on your order?

 

Have you placed an order and you are unable to see it on the EE Order Tracker?

 

Where did you place your order? Was it online, in an EE store or over the phone?

 

Have you checked the EE shop pages to see if the device you ordered is in stock?
