I have done the shop on the site also i did the upgrade from the plan, I already was charged on my account the price from the mobile phone, but I have no information about the delivery, I need to know the tracking number.

I made on April 17th the initial value of the device has already been debited from my account, but I have no information about the delivery date

I don't know where else to turn, I placed an order for an IPhone 11 Pro on the website, the payment was debited from my account, but now nobody knows how to inform me, where is the order. I already called I stayed all afternoon talking about the service, but without a satisfactory answer, I want to know how I get the amount paid by phone back?

As soon as I get my refund, I don't want to be a customer anymore.
