I've tried upgrading phones to the iPhone 11 Pro and wanted to add the Full Cover insurance (which I always get with my mobile) , but it's only giving me the option to get Damage Cover, but this apparently doesn't cover theft or loss, so I'm preferably wanting Full Cover.
Does anyone know why its not got the option for full cover?
I'm trying to find the answer online , so I'm not having to call up.
Thank You!

Hi @midget_brain,
Welcome to the community 🙂
We are only able to insure devices purchased direct from EE; online, in store or over the phone. We are only able to insure certain devices on SIM only, and there are some devices we are unable to insure. We constantly review which devices are insurable.
If you have any questions around insurance from EE, our customer care team will be able to help.
