Delivery of an upgrade handset

I ordered an upgrade yesterday, the payment taken for the cost of the handset and got the confirmation email from EE that shows my full address for delivery.

 

DPD only got the street name from EE so has been unable to complete the delivery. 

 

How/who do I speak to as DPD's link for delivery is showing as they will update me shortly whereas EE say the correct details were given to the courier.

 

Any ideas?

DPD would usually requires the sender to change any details. 

 

If you have a chat with our customer care team they'll look into what can be done.
