Hi placed an order on Saturday for my new iPhone 11, said it would be delivered Monday 18th, didn’t show. Then got a message from DPD saying it would be Tuesday... no show. AGAIN another message for Wednesday...no show. It’s meant to be coming today 21st however I spoke to DPD who said it hadn’t been scanned in the depot since Monday 18th?? Anyone else had an issue?? DPD are saying it’s ee fault??!! Thank you!

@Carolyn66 Call EE customer services about this so they can address the issue with DPD.

I can’t get through to customer services on the phone been in a queue for a good while. I’ve tried chatting online but no options have come up for the ee chat yet!
