I have ordered airpods as an add to plan order, yesterday. Recieved a confirmation email, but no delivery information. When I have tried to track the order nothing comes up and asks me to try again. Tried to contact someone and it just goes round in circles for automated messages 

What's happening with the system at all

@Kturner1   Did you receive a tracking number?  As XKN or XKO number is not a tracking number it’s just an order number.

Which option did you choose when you called? Did you call 150?

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team on 150, options 1, 2, then 1 again. They'll be able to check the order for you and let you know what's happening.
