Cancel an order

I've just made an order online then found a different deal I wanted instead. Rang customer services and they didn't know how to cancel it and said I will have to wait till it arrives. Is there a way of cancelling online. I have am order number I don't understand how they can't cancel it.

Call back they can cancel it unless it's already been dispatched.

Welcome to the community.

 

As @BrendonH has mentioned, you would need to get back in touch with our Customer Care team to cancel the order.

 

The only other option would be to reject the delivery.
