I placed an order and was told Monday that I would get a message saying it would be delivered at my chosen shop today but haven't had a message and can't use the track facility online.

@Gazlea14 You will not receive tracking information if you’ve ordered it to a store as the store is the customer receiving the device and the store will contact you when your device is there

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you placed the order online for delivery to a store you would still receive a DPD text to tell you when it’s going to arrive ready for you to collect.
Have you had any texts from DPD?
If not, give our Mobile Care team a call they will check your account for you and give you an update on the order.
