Order never came after several months

Hi,

I ordered a Google Pixel 3A XL on the 1st September 2019, I ordered it with the deal to recieve a free Free Xbox One, Sonos one or B&O Headphones. Anyway, I shortly recieved an email after saying there is going to be a 'short delay' as the phone is currently out of stock, even though I was able to order the phone. The phone has still yet to come, and it has now been almost three months. I have tried called the number provided on the email several times, but whenever I call, they user on the other end cannot understand me, this may be because my current phone is a little faulty. Will somebody be able to help me as to what I should do?

@HarryBrown1999  You’ll need to call from a different phone.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

When I say faulty, I meant that I dropped my phone and the screen is cracked that is it. I can talk on the phone without problem, it was just when I called that number.
