Hi guys!
Just signed up with EE a few days ago and ordered a pay monthly phone.
The order was processed and I got given a tracking number for my parcel with DPD. They have since lost the package and told me I'd need to contact someone within EE in order to open up an investigation,
Unfortunately, when trying to contact via the phone or live chat, it won't let me get through to someone because I don't currently have an EE phone number as my phone has yet to arrive.
Is there any way to get in contact with someone about this, despite the fact that I don't currently have my EE number yet?

I'd recommend calling the number to call from another provider on our get in touch page (0800 079 8586).

Thanks for the help.
That was the number I'd tried calling earlier, but the automated message asked me to enter in my EE mobile phone number.
I just double checked to see if that was the case and it happened again.
