I am using my 4GEE data SIM card for VOIP and my provider is 8x8. I am currently getting delays/lagging in my calls. After 8x8 had done a thorough diagnosis, they have asked me to switch from Google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 to my ISP DNS as this would ensure the correct routing of my VOIP to the nearest 8x8 Data centre. I hope this cures the problem. Thank you.

You shouldn't need to know these IPs. Your router should have a setting for DNS as "Obtain from ISP" or maybe "Auto".
I would've thought the recommendation whould be the other way round. ISP DNS tend to be less reliable than Public DNS, like Google.

Thank you Grand Master
I have run a diagnostics and I have still getting excessive packet loss which might be why I am getting delays in my calls.
ALG is disabled
Would you happen to know any other fixes?
Thank you
