Dual sim not working iPhone 11

I use my EE eSim as a secondary SIM card for extra data, but it just continually shows no service.
I have an iPhone 11 which is unlocked, I’ve been through all the recommended settings a million times and it just isn’t working!

@Laurdor3 I recommend you request a replacement SIM card removed the information from the eSim and then setup the eSim again from scratch. Make sure the replacement sim is working ok before you move it over to the eSim.
