Refund when the request is rejected

Hello, I requested a phone and it was approved seriously, but when I called the number I was told that it was rejected because I already have a phone contract with them and I was deducted 70 pounds and it is pending in my account how can I refund the money

@Mohammadr : If your order has been cancelled by EE they will refund any monies paid, probably within 7 days.
