Upgrade to IPhone 13 Pro

Hi,

I’ve been made an offer on the app to upgrade to a new iPhone 13 Pro Max and to cancel out my upgrade fee if I trade in a “good working condition” IPhone. I have an IPhone 11 with you now but I’m just wondering what classifies a “good working condition” iPhone? As all I can find online is the classification of a “Full working condition” of which my iPhone 11 does not meet the needs of, due to it having a small crack in the screen and a tiny chip underneath the speaker at the bottom of the phone.

Any help with this would be great. Thank you.

@MeganRees   The device being broken in that way is not considered full working condition.    Scuffs and scratches are ok but a broken screen isn’t.
