I ordered the S21 (128GB, violet) on the 3rd of September with an agreement to trade in my S20. The date I have to return the S20 by September 25th, otherwise they'll add £150 to my bill.
However I've not received any idea of when my new phone will arrive.
What do I do now?

@Lemonlemongo You need to call and speak with customer services about this.

If you haven't received your phone by 25th, have a chat with our Mobile Care team who'll do their best to make sure no charges go on.
You won't have to return your old device until your new one arrives.

Hey,
When I ordered it I was told it would be with me within a week. What timescale should I be looking at now?

The current estimated guidance for the model you ordered is to expect dispatch within 21 days, @Lemonlemongo.
They will be sent out in the order in which they were ordered. DPD will be in touch when it's ready to deliver.
