Error trying to register Sim

I have just received my new contract sim but every time I try to register it on the EE site I keep getting the following message:- This site can’t be reached.

Is this an upgrade SIM card or a replacement SIM?

 

If you have taken out a new contract with us, you won't need to register the SIM card.
