I have been trying to change sim from o2 to EE and it has been a right pain on o2 behalf.
I would like to leave a great feedback to Michal on the phone from EE. He has managed to talk me through what I need to do in order to change through to the new sim and he has managed to get my new number through onto my new phone for me.
I have wrote this on here as i don’t know where else I can give feedback for my service.
