what’s the best way to get in touch with ee? I tried twitter they seem to ignore my tweets and reply to more recent ones even tho I keep asking and DMing not response. The phone line I know will take long. No online Chat available. Does anyone have a email?

In my short seven months with the service provider, I've found opening an online chat, during office hours, via the Contact Us page to be the most convenient. Good luck!
