I ordered a new phone in store last weekend and was told I'd receive a text to book my delivery in for the series s. I haven't had anything and looking at my contract and receipt there is no mention of the deal.

 

I've called 150 but they said as I ordered in store they were unable to help and there appears to be no record on my receipt or account of the xbox.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

I had ordered the same deal online and didn't receive the text either I called and was on hold for over an hour only to be told it's out of stock 😡😡and won't be able to get it till after Christmas now I have to go and get something for my daughter's birthday 😡not amused

You will need to addres this in-store where you purchased your handset. If this offer isn't on your documents then you might not be eligible for the offer.

Given the ongoing manufacturing, supply chain and shipping issues there maybe no stock as there is no stock of many electronic devices.
