I waited in all morning to receive my new phone as was promised.

It had not been sent.

I lost a mornings work and pay.

Can compensation be claimed?

Katie, I ordered  Galaxy A51 on Monday 17th,promised for Wednesday 19th,stayed off work to receive it.No phone,no call,no tracking information.

I placed my order by telephoning 150 and then upgrade.

No solution from EE.

The Enjoy lady was brilliant...knew her stuff....more proficient than Technical Dept at EE.

Have my phone now,but ending up losing two mornings work and income.
