Can't checkout when purchasing a new sim plan

I can't checkout when purchasing a new sim only plan. I get to "added protection" and i get the EE homepage??

Does the same happen if you use another web browser?

 

Also, do you have an EE account at the moment or is this a new contract with us?

This is a new contract. Can't try another browser unfortunately 


 

Hey, I am having the same issue, i have tried multiple browsers and also have a registered account, but it is still not working

I'd recommend speaking to our customer care/sales team to get the order through.

 

They'll also be able to investigate why the page isn't working.
