iPhone 7 Plus verizon

Hello I have an iPhone 7 Plus A1661 by Verizon Wireless (and American company) and when installing a Sim The EE only allows me called and texts, nothing to an Internet connection, they would know that configuration must be changed for it to work? or any other choice, thank you

@Rastafue   On the device go to Settings>General>Profile and delete any profile that is there then restart the device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
