Children have pressed no parental control through wifi box how do i change it

My broad band was up and running yesterday unfortunately I was un work children connected devices before I could put parental controls on. The children pressed bo parental controls and now i cant seem to reactivate them from the wifi box. Any help please

All Parential Controls from the initial router connection is to offer you Norton Family free to install.
You could try Factory Resetting the router & see if it offers you it again. I don't think it will. If not you can get it from Norton Family .
