Separate pac codes for three numbers on multiple subscription account

We're porting out from EE and require three PAC codes. I have two sim only deals on my account belonging to my children who wish to keep their numbers. EE sent only one PAC code. This worked for my phone number only. Each PAC code is unique to one number. How can I get issued another two so my kids can keep their numbers?

You need to call CS for your PACs. You can't get PACs by text when you have multiple nos. on your a/c.
