How to top up my credit?

Fire_Fox
Explorer

Previously my pay-as-you-go plan was linked to my mother's EE account, so only she could top up my credit.

I now have my own separate account, but it is not giving me the option to register my credit card. It now also says my subscription type is "Prepay", but I don't know how to change this to PAYG (assuming they aren't the same thing).

Any advice on how I can top up my phone credit from my own credit card?

Thanks,

Fire_Fox

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card.

Prepay = PAYG.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Thanks, just tried that. Unfortunately it says "We're not able to accept payments to that number. Please try again." And when I click on the link "Top up" under the My EE tab, it just takes me to a page that says "Thinking of leaving T-Mobile".

I see that some other users in the Community have had the same problems, but the issue doesn't appear to have been resolved for them either.

Ah, T-Mobile! You can't manage those online any more. You need to phone CS or transfer to an EE SIM.
