Hi all,
Does anyone know how I can associate a different account number with the ‘my EE’ app? I used to have an account a few years ago but left for a different provider. I have since returned but have the same email address/phone number. When I log in I get the ‘account closed’ pages but seemingly no option to change over to my now current account number.
Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Under account settings, can you try the add an account option? Does that do what you need?

Thanks for the reply. I was looking for a way to remove the old account number but found I could ‘add product’ and run them in parallel.

Hi @Leeebeee
You will need to call EE CS on 150 and ask them to delete your old account profile. Then you can register again.
