Can't verify email for Nhs 20%

Can anyone help I want to join EE from another provider and I work for the NHS so I've signed up to the EE perks, had an email sent to me to verify my work email but it won't let me verify it?

Yes, no email at all. I have checked that my email is correct, i have requested it several times now and still no email 😞

So the email was sent to me work email and says click to verify which I clicked on and it takes me to the page that says now enter your login details so entered my email and password but it won’t log me in. So I clicked on change password so it would send an email to me to change it but have tried that several times but have no email.

Are you entering your details for My EE?
Have you checked both your Spam and Junk folders?
