Can't verify email for Nhs 20%

Can anyone help I want to join EE from another provider and I work for the NHS so I've signed up to the EE perks, had an email sent to me to verify my work email but it won't let me verify it?

Hi I am having the same issue, though I have received the email and clicked verify, which I've done twice but when you log in it just tells you they have sent you another email to verify it again, despite already doing this. No second email appears, it doesn't process.

Hi I have now verified my email and it comes up with a box saying account validated proceed to log in. But when you log in it repeats that EE have sent an email and to please verify. I don't understand why it's so difficult to get the 20% processed once the email has been verified surely it should take you to a page with the discount codes available?

Could you try clearing your cookies and cache and opening the EE Perk Portal in a new web browser, do you get the same message?

Have you checked your spam/junk email folder?

 

If it isn't showing there, you may need to contact your IT support team at work to make sure the external emails from EE aren't being blocked.

I’ve registered for ee perks but when I click the email link from my work email to verify my account the link doesn’t work. I’ve tried to re-register with ee perks but it says I already have an account. How do I solve this?
