Can’t top up online

Every time I try to top up online it keeps showing me an error message 

I’ve tried safari and chrome 

 

I live far away from a shop so buying a voucher is a real hassle is anyone else having problems ?

Hi, How did you solve this? Even using the fast top-up they provided doesn't work.
