Awaiting order

Can’t top up online

Every time I try to top up online it keeps showing me an error message I’ve tried safari and chrome  I live far away from a shop so buying a voucher is a real hassle is anyone else having problems ? 19/08/21

Reinstate discontinued number

How can I start using a number I haven't used for months, that seems to have expired? If I dial it from another phone i get "Calls no longer being connected to this number", so it doesn't seem to have been re-allocated.
