Can change number

Yesterday ordered phone and put my PAC CODE to change number for mine old one. Now see you give me a new phone number can I change now for my old one number?

Welcome to the EE Community,

the new number is a temporary number if you have provided your PAC code EE will process your request and transfer your number from your previous network.
