I ordered a new iPhone 7 over a telephone call, and was told I would receive an email confirming this, as it was due for next day delivery.
The phone never arrived and I didn't receive an email confirming the order, so I don't have a tracking number to know when it will arrive.
What do I do? Please help.

Have you checked your junk/spam folders to see if the email went there?
If you've still go no email, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team to check the status of your order.
