Can I change the delivery options of an upgrade after ordering

I ordered the upgrade today, however I didn’t realise that it would take up to 14 days and I am away next week, so I need to ensure it is delivered this week.

As @Watkins07 has mentioned, our Mobile Care team may be able to help change the delivery for you.
Alternatively, I'd recommend downloading the DPD app and managing your order through there 🙂

Hi @amber_196
if the device isn’t in stock at the time of ordering it will be sent out as soon as it’s in stock within the time frame specified at time of order. Although it could turn up sooner this week, it may not. You’d be best to call customer services on 150 to discuss any options.
