Call EE from abroad to get top up invoice

Hi,

 

I need to call EE to get an invoice of my top up, but I am abroad. I've tried calling 07953966250 but it only offers two option, make a top up or add a voucher. How can I contact you to get the invoice? I am pay as you go customer.

Can you clarify what you mean by a top-up invoice? I only ask because "Invoice" is a term normally associated with a pay-monthly account, which is not PAYG.

 

Is it a receipt for a top-up that you're wanting? If so, can you not get this from your credit card or bank statement?

I need a VAT receipt. Usually I contact EE by phone and they send it to me, but this time I am abroad and the contact center locution does not give me the possibility to speak with customer service.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

If you call us on +44 7953 966 250, after the top up information you should get an option to speak to a member of the team, if you are calling from the EE phone you will need credit to be transferred.

I only receive two options:

1. Top up

2. Use a voucher

 

There is no way to speak to a member of the team
