Hi @LKL23

You need to give CS a call on 150 and arrange a new number. Have you tried blocking the numbers locally on your phone?

You can register with the TPS which will help:

https://www.tpsonline.org.uk/register

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

There could be a charge of £36 for a new no. CS may waive it if you can demonstrate you are being harassed by these calls.

Hi @LKL23

I am sorry to hear you have been receiving scam calls.

I can see you have had some great advice already, if you would like to change your number please give us a call on 150, our Mobile Care team will be happy to help you and you won't need a new SIM card.

You can find help and advice in our How to block unwanted calls and texts? Help page.

To report the scam calls to EE just text 'call' to 7726 followed by a space, then the number that called you, we use the data collected to help protect all of our customers.

Thanks.

Leanne.

Thank you for all your responses, I have been helped by EE and changed my number without difficulty and with no charge.
